Grass & Leaf Pick-up:
Beginning April 2007, the recycling truck will pick up grass and leaves placed in cans only every other week opposite recycling weeks. Act 101 for DEP says we must compost. All cuttings MUST BE placed in MARKED CANS ONLY. NO bags will be picked up. NO other trash can be mixed in the cans with cuttings.

Starting January 2006
NO Spring and Fall Cleanup Days – Instead, 1 to 2 large items weekly on regular trash day. You may place appliances, furniture, and general refuse only. NO Freon filled items will be accepted without removal of Freon with sticker included. No building materials or tires. Paper bins are located at two locations: One across from C. Harper Ford on Concord Lane and the other at the intersection of Fellsburg and Fells Church Road. NO CARDBOARD, CHIP BOARD, or PHONE BOOKS.

Tax Certification:
Tax office does tax certifications for three (3) years and current year taxes for refinance or selling of property. Written request must include owners name, address, parcel number, buyers name/refinance, a check for $10.00 made out to Elaine Phillips, Tax Collector, and a self addressed stamped envelope.

Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate Form:
Tax office has Pennsylvania Property Tax/Rent Rebate Forms for senior citizens 65 or older, widow or widower age 50-64, permanently disabled 18-64 from Pennsylvania lottery.
You may qualify for PA Property Tax or Rent Rebate Program. Contact the tax collector, Elaine Phillips, at 724-929-7001 or the Department of Revenue 1-888-222-9190 for details.
