You may register to vote at the Westmoreland County Bureau of Elections, 109 Courthouse Square, Greensburg, Monday through Friday form 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mail-in forms may be obtained at the municipal building, public library, the tax collector’s office at the Municipal Complex, or the U.S. Post Office. Rostraver Township has eight voting districts or precincts, whose sites are subject to change without notice.
The precincts and their present locations are as follows: Collinsburg – Collinsburg Volunteer Fire Co., 514 Rostraver Drive, Collinsburg Concord – Rostraver Municipal Building, 201 Port Royal Road Crossroads – BVA Administration Building, Crest Avenue Fellsburg – Fells United Methodist Church, Fells Church Road Lynnwood – Pleasant Green A.M.E. Church, 403 Johnson Street Pricedale – Pricedale Union Church, Fellowship Hall, Johnson Street Van Meter – Stanley Slomiany Residence, House 84, Van Meter Webster -- Webster Volunteer Fire Department, Rt. 906

To register to vote you must:
• Be a citizen of the United States for at least one month before the next election
• Be a resident of Pennsylvania and your election district for at least 30 days before the next election
• Be at least 18 years of age on the day of the next election

Identification when you vote …
• Pennsylvania law requires that registered voters who appear in person to vote for the first time in an election district after December 9, 2003, must present a form of identification. If you are voting for the first time in your county, and you intend to vote by absentee ballot, please include a copy of a form of identification with this voter registration mail application. Otherwise, you will be required by federal law to include a copy of a form of identification with your absentee ballot.
