Westmoreland County Courthouse Election Bureau 

       You may register to vote at the Westmoreland County Bureau of Elections, 109 Courthouse Square, Greensburg, Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.  Their telephone number is 724-830-3150.  Mail-in forms may be obtained at the municipal building, public library, the tax collector’s office at the Municipal Complex, or the U.S. Post Office.

       Rostraver Township has seven voting districts or precincts, whose sites are subject to change without notice.

The precincts and their present locations are as follows:

Collinsburg:    Collinsburg Volunteer Fire Co., 514 Hickory Drive
Concord:         Rostraver Municipal Building, 201 Municipal Drive
Crossroads:    BVA Administration Building, 270 Crest Avenue
Fellsburg:        Fells United Methodist Church, 1268 Fells Church Road
Lynnwood & Pricedale:   Pricedale Union Church, Fellowship Hall, 201 Johnson Avenue 
Van Meter:       Stanley Slomiany Residence, House 84, 311 Riverside Drive
Webster:          Webster Volunteer Fire Department, 952 Route 906 South
 

To register to vote you must:
• Be a citizen of the United States for at least one month before the next election
• Be a resident of Pennsylvania and your election district for at least 30 days before the next election
• Be at least 18 years of age on the day of the next election

Identification when you vote …
• Pennsylvania law requires that registered voters who appear in person to vote for the first time in an election district after December 9, 2003, must present a form of identification. If you are voting for the first time in your county, and you intend to vote by absentee ballot, please include a copy of a form of identification with this voter registration mail application. Otherwise, you will be required by federal law to include a copy of a form of identification with your absentee ballot. (For information on the acceptable forms of identification and the exemptions to these identification requirements, please contact the voter registration commission in your county of residence.)

       You can print an application for absentee ballot either from this site under government/voting and then out to right side a panel will pop up with the application for absentee ballot to print or you can go to www.co.westmoreland.pa.us.

Absentee Ballot Application Instructions

Once you have printed the Absentee Ballot Application:

Complete all required information on the Application.

You must supply your PA Driver’s License number or PennDOT issued Pennsylvania photo identification card (PennDOT photo ID) number in the blocks provided. If you do not have a driver’s license number or PennDOT photo ID number you must supply the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.

If you do not have either of these types of identification please check the box entitled, I DO NOT have a PA Driver’s License, PennDOT ID # or SS#. You must enclose a photocopy of an acceptable ID. Please see www.VotesPA.com, call 1-877-VotesPA (1-877-868-3772) or contact your county board of elections regarding acceptable ID’s.

Return the Application to your local County Board of Elections. (The address and telephone number for your local County Board of Elections may be found using the County Information Link at www.VotesPA.com.)

Once you have printed the Absentee Ballot Application:

1. Complete all required information on the Application.

2. Return the Application to your local County Board of Elections:
